Returns & Refunds policy

At Adisilware, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging, invoice, and tags (if any)

⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene reasons, used stainless steel cutting boards are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed cutting boards

  • Damage caused due to improper use, mishandling, or normal wear & tear

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery

  • Minor visual variations (finish / engraving) that do not affect functionality

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product variant

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue (mandatory for damaged/defective items)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will guide you on self-shipping and reimburse shipping charges (up to a reasonable limit).

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to stock availability

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and subject to return eligibility
